Booking Policy

You need a credit card to book an appointment. Having a card on file means you accept the booking policy. Online booking is free. Not showing up will result in a charge to your card.

No Show

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee (100%). Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.

Late Arrivals

We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, after the 10 minutes is up you will be marked as a No-Show and charged the No-Show Fee. This is to make sure to not inconvenient others who have scheduled an appointment and who are on time. We will have the right to refuse services if policies are not followed.

Pre-orders

If a product is part of pre-order it can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped, as everything is printed in house. In most cases you will receive the product sooner. However you may see delays when orders are higher, such as during New Releases.


Returns/exchanges

As of now we are not doing any returns (sorry). For this reason, we urge you to make sure your order is correct before checkout. If you receive your product and it is defective, contact us here and we can discuss options with you.


Product

Each product is individually created by us, from design to production. We take pride on delivering the best products we have to offer to our customers, friend’s and family. Because of this, wait times can take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped on pre-orders. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped out in 5-10 business days.
